Lunch with LT Leaders: Bob Ness, LT'96
Join us for an inspiring conversation with Bob Ness, LT’96, past LT Board Chair, and co-founder of the Global Leadership Forum. Bob is dedicated to social change and has served on more than 30 boards. Bob will share stories from his decades-long leadership journey, his research, and his current civic involvement. He will be interviewed by Rebecca Wilson, LT’10.
Bob serves on the Advisory Committee of the National Museum and Center for Service, a new museum in Washington D.C. that will celebrate stories of people serving for the greater good. With the plan of expanding through public libraries, the museum will also help people across the country find volunteer opportunities and get more involved in their local communities. He is also working with Operation Snow Leopard on policy and international negotiation to evacuate people from Afghanistan.
Our Lunch with LT Leaders series highlights inspiring LT alumni who are using their leadership to influence positive change in our region and beyond. Through Zoom, featured leaders share their leadership journeys and then open the conversation for questions. Each session takes place from 12:00-1:00 p.m. Following the program, there is an optional 30-minute facilitated discussion to debrief and connect with other alumni. So, grab your lunch and join us! You must register ahead of time to receive the Zoom link.
Note: To help our speaker(s) and participants have candid and open dialogues, we will NOT record this alumni event.
