LT Alumni Racial Equity Retreat and Workshop
We are excited to hold LT’s first Alumni Racial Equity Retreat and Workshop on May 20, 2022. The retreat will support your work in moving us toward an antiracist society.
Whether you are just starting to do this work or bring a lot of expertise, there will be something for you. There will be two tracks. The first track is the “Why & What,” designed for participants to better understand the context for racial equity work and mechanisms for change. The second track is the “How,” which will offer strategies and workshops on racial equity policies and practices within your organizations and communities.
The event will include ample time for community building and discussion. There will be some sessions exclusively for BIPOC alumni.
