Leadership Tomorrow is a community leadership organization that cultivates a network of engaged and inclusive leaders dedicated to addressing our region’s toughest challenges. Our programs help nonprofit, private, and public leaders cultivate a deeper understanding of interconnected regional issues, deepen core competencies in team leadership and cross-sector collaboration, and build a lifelong network with other leaders across Puget Sound.
Our 2,780 alumni—leaders in small and large businesses, nonprofit organizations, boards and commissions, and local and state governments—use the skills, knowledge, and connections developed from our programming to create a vibrant and equitable community where all can thrive.
Cross-Sector Community
LT’s 10-month Flagship Program offers the opportunity to engage with leaders from outside your industry and sector. By working together to explore solutions to regional challenges, LT alumni build lifelong relationships with fellow leaders across the public, private, and nonprofit spheres while making our region a place where people from all communities and identities thrive.
Our Impact:
In 1983, our founders came together with a bold vision: to cultivate a thriving, cross-sector community of next-generation leaders—equipped with deep regional knowledge, strong relationships, and the leadership skills to drive meaningful change. They envisioned leaders who could inspire and mobilize others to build a more healthy, equitable, and just region. Today, in a time of increasing polarity, that vision and Leadership Tomorrow’s work have never been more important.
