Our Beginning:
When our founders met in 1983 to discuss what would later become Leadership Tomorrow, they sought to unite and equip a sustainable and growing community of next-generation leaders with deep regional knowledge, cross-sector relationships, and effective leadership skills who could, in turn, inspire and engage others in building a healthy, equitable, and just community for all.
Today, in a time of increasing polarity, that vision and Leadership Tomorrow’s work have never been more important.
