Megan Rudolph (She/her), Senior Communications and Operations Manager

Megan Rudolph is Leadership Tomorrow's Senior Manager of Communications and Operations. She leads LT's communications, recruitment, and operational systems, helping ensure the organization's programs and initiatives run smoothly and effectively. As a member of LT's leadership team, Megan partners across the organization to strengthen processes, tell LT's story, and build meaningful connections with participants, alumni, and community partners.

Since joining LT in 2015, Megan has been inspired by the organization's mission and the community of leaders working to create a more equitable and thriving Puget Sound region. Prior to LT, she worked in marketing at a cybersecurity firm and a user experience design agency and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Washington.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys family adventures with her husband and daughters, cheering on their soccer and softball teams, and riding to her favorite throwback jams on her Peloton bike.
