Introducing 2022-2023 Lab Team Coaches

Lab Team Coaches, a committed group of volunteers from recent graduating classes, support and provide guidance to LT’23 Lab Teams. A Coach is a supporter, facilitator, guide, conscientious observer, sounding board, cheerleader, mediator, challenger (to take risks, think broader and deeper), truth teller, and support system. Coaches can play critical roles in nurturing healthy team dynamics and effective teamwork.

To learn about this year’s coaches and the experience they bring to their roles, read their bios here.
