Alumni Engagement Leadership Committee
The goal of LT’s alumni programming and engagement is to increase the capacity of alumni to be effective change makers in the region by supporting community connections, offering opportunities to build skills and knowledge, and supporting civic engagement.
Community: The LT community is comprised of the current class, alumni, staff, Honorary LT, and our wider community of volunteers and financial supporters. LT supports the development of a community of leaders who continue to build knowledge and skills to have a positive civic impact.
Knowledge and Skills: LT programming and alumni engagement help alumni build knowledge of regional issues and provide the opportunity for growth and application of skills needed to affect positive change in their organizations and the region.
Civic Impact: The LT community uses the LT network, knowledge, and skills in order to positively impact the region through civic and community action strategies, including board and commission service, running for office or supporting campaigns, advocating for policy changes, volunteer service, or the development of projects that meet community needs.
