Possibility Day Reflections: Basic Needs, LT'23

New this year, we are experimenting with a shift in language from “Challenge” Days to “Possibility” Days. This reframing is in response to LT’23 cohort members' request to focus on solutions and LT’s continued evolution toward asset-based approaches to regional issues. At our recent Basic Needs Possibility Day, LT’23 Cohort members learned about approaches and strategies to end homelessness in our region, participated in a Theatre of the Oppressed Workshop, and reflected on how they have practiced or witnessed Collective Leadership.
