Possibility Day Reflections: Education, LT'23
New this year, we are experimenting with a shift in language from “Challenge” Days to “Possibility” Days. This reframing is in response to LT’23 cohort members' request to focus on solutions and LT’s continued evolution toward asset-based approaches to regional issues. At our Education Possibility Day, LT’23 Cohort members explored the landscape of education in our region, reflected on their experiences in K-12 education, and participated in a Theatre of the Oppressed Workshop, and reflected on how they have practiced or witnessed Collective Leadership.
