LT's Curriculum Committee, an incredible group of alumni and community leaders, develops and implements the annual curriculum for the Challenge Year, including planning the retreats and Challenge Days, and overseeing the two leadership labs. This committee ensures a focus on community and current issues, how the three sectors work together, racial equity, application of leadership principles, and the intersectionality of these components.

LT Alumni Racial Equity Retreat Highlights

On May 20, 2022, LT held its first full-day retreat focused on racial equity. After online programming for 2+ years, the magic of physically being together was palpable. The event was designed to meet alumni at their learning edges – from those who have tremendous experience and expertise to those who are just starting this work. Alumni who participated in the retreat spanned the decades, with graduates from 1989 to 2021! Check out testimonials and photos from this special day!
